| NAMING/IN-GAME POLICY |
|
The following are rules of conduct for in-game naming conventions and efforts, or results that violate these policies may not be employed when registering an in-game name or identifier:
- A character name or in-game identifier that can be used to impersonate an official game master (GM) or an employee of the company.
- A character name that is similar to the name of a GM or can be misunderstood by other players.
- A provocative or lewd character name.
- A character name or in-game chat/conduct that is antisocial in nature or containing information that violates related law.
- A character name that can potentially violate a third party's trademark or copyright.
- A character name or in-game identifier that is considered as inappropriate language or cursing.
- A character name or in-game identifier that implies the intent of trading cash, accounts or actual objects.
- A character name or in-game identifier that is used for third party advertising.
- A character name consisting of any alphanumeric character not normally found on a standard 101/102 key keyboard - no use of the Alt key is allowed in the creation of character names or other in-game and related account identifiers.
- For any of the above listed or not listed reasons, stated here or elsewhere, Ntreev USA Inc. reserves the right to absolute control over character, account and all game information including the names of characters, in-game names and identifiers, and may change, alter, delete or otherwise modify said information as we see fit at any time for any reason. If you are found with an invalid character name, a Game Master (GM) will change your name immediately. A request will be sent by e-mail or other established or reasonable means of contact in accordance to interaction policies for three alternative names for each character found in violation. As soon as you reply, the requested names will be reviewed. If the names are not in violation of the rules, the character will be given the first name that is not already in use. Use of Alt key, or any language that violates or attempts to violate by subversion, one or any of these categories will result in one, or both of the following: Being given a warning, being temporarily suspended or banned permanently from the game and Ntreev USA Inc. and all related accessible services, products, software and Web sites.
For any of the above listed or not listed reasons, stated here or elsewhere, Ntreev USA Inc. reserves the right to absolute control over Character and game information including the names of Characters, in-game identifiers, and may change, alter, delete or otherwise modify said information as we see fit at any time for any reason. |

| RESTORATION POLICY |

All data used in conjunction with or to access software, information, products and services of Ntreev USA Inc. is the property of Ntreev USA Inc. We reserve the right to refuse restoration at any time for any reason. Restoration of any kind is NOT guaranteed. However, whenever applicable we will attempt to investigate and restore if the loss was due to a problem with the game service or a known bug. We may not restore any items/characters if:
The account was shared or otherwise compromised. Accidental deletion. Accidental or purposeful sales/transfer to NPC or another player. There are NO mulligans on any and all sales.
The following are basic rules of conduct that users of Ntreev USA Inc. are required to adhere to. Failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in the termination ("banning") of your forums and/or game account(s). Because every situation is different, all moderation of the Community Forums is at the sole discretion of Ntreev USA Inc. Team(s). |
